The firm is currently focussed on developing Residential properties and second home projects in the coastal areas of Raigad and Ratnagiri in Maharashtra.

Mr. Rajgopal Nogja
Chairman
Mr. Rajgopal Nogja, Chairman is also a Founder CEO of N Combinator. Rajgopal has managed biggest Infrastructure and Real Estate companies in India and Europe, Stressed Assets, Multiple Start-ups in IT, Hospitality & Education, over 25 years in Corporate World!
Before starting his Entrepreneurial Journey in 2018, Rajgopal was ‘Group CEO’ of HCC Group moving up corporate ladder from Youngest GM in 2002 at age of 30 to HCC Infotech CEO in 2004, Lavasa CEO in 2007 & Managing Director of Steiner AG, Switzerland to moving up as ‘HCC Group CEO’.
Since 2018, Rajgopal has been pursuing his entrepreneurial adventure through strategic JV’s in Stressed Assets, Start Ups, Real Estate Development and Education, and is currently involved in turning around and developing more than a dozen cross-sectoral assets.
Mr. Mandar Karandikar

Mandar Karandikar has done MBA with specialization in Finance from ITM institute and Post Graduate in construction management from NICMAR, Pune. Mandar also holds Degree in Civil Engineering.
Mandar has got his Corporate Culture exposure in one of the biggest Indian Construction Group ‘HCC’ since 2007! He worked as a ‘Executive Assistant to CEO and President- HCC Real Estate’ For 7 Years wherein he got first-hand experience in Development of multiple large Projects of HCC Group.
Mandar also Worked as a Head of Construction in India’s most premier Construction Management Institute ‘NICMAR’ for setting up Campuses in Pune and Hyderabad.
Mandar left Employment in 2015, to Build own Business in Real Estate Sector.
In year 2018, he has ventured with N Combinator Engineers owned by Mr. Rajgopal Nogja, former HCC Group CEO – HCC, Lavasa & Steiner (Switzerland)’ and started a Joint Venture named ‘K N Developers and Engineers’ for Real Estate Development.
The business is currently concentrated in Raigad and Ratnagiri Districts in Maharashtra. Mandar has Completed 4 Quality Projects and 3 Developments are in Pipeline.
Mandar has also promoted ‘Balaji Developers’ and ‘Shree Swami Developers’.
